Came to Mr. Amsberry and he helped my and my family understand proactive estate planning/Medicaid planning strategies to keep Dad where he was and preserve as much of his estate as was possible. If you care about your kids, Russell is the lawyer you are looking for. My daughter and I were having lots of problems such as abusing, not taking care of his kid well, etc. with my ex-husband. I hired 2 lawyers before Russell and spent thousands of dollars. What result did I get? Nothing! When I met Russell he got my trust right away and I decided to work with him.
